Dave’s desire is to come alongside you and help move your church from where it is now to the next level of ministry.

Dave’s particular burden is for churches under 200 to break through that difficult lid and move to 400, 600 and 800. Dave has a strong administrative gift God has given him to understand the immediate ministry or personal need, develop a process, build a plan, and carry it through to the ultimate ministry goal.

Dave brings 40 years of ministry and business experience to the table to help you build and grow your ministry or your business. He has seen growth in every place he has served. He and Christy have established a business called D4 Mosaic Enterprises to help with housing projects whether it be building, rehabbing, or administrative structure.

They have established together Dave Deerman Ministries to help come alongside churches for their administrative and leadership structure, special needs ministries, fundraising and building projects.
